Dance Expressions is a dance studio located right in Afton Village. The studio offers classes from ages 3-Adult in ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop and more! Just contact Stephanie Lovette and get signed up for classes through phone or email (contact information below).
Stephanie Lovette, studio owner, is very excited about the opening of Dance Expressions. She started her dance training at age three and hasn’t stopped since! Stephanie attended the University of Georgia pursuing a major in dance and transferred to University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she completed the dance education program.
Stephanie taught dance in the Charlotte Mecklenburg School system for three years and recently resigned to focus all her time and energy on the new dance studio. While teaching in CMS Stephanie was awarded the Outstanding First Year Teacher Award and also the CMS Dance Educator of the Year 2009-2010. Stephanie has danced professionally as a Checkmate for the Charlotte Checkers hockey team, and most recently as a Ladycat for the Charlotte Bobcats NBA team!
