Stan loves the charm of old homes, but he also loves the convenience of new ones. He designs and builds homes with architectural detail of days-gone-by and the wonderful modern innovations we've all come to enjoy.

With a degree in architecture from N.C. State University, Stan naturally designs most of his homes from scratch. On occasion, when working from an existing plan, Stan tends to make some rather dramatic changes.

Stan has been involved in the building business for 20 years and is a former president of the Cabarrus County Homebuilders Association.

David has called upon his thirty years of design and construction experience to create many unique architectural elements within Afton Village. A residential contractor since 1984, David plans to focus his sense of craftsmanship on unique custom-built townhomes and carriage houses.
